GoingToday.com – Get Your Items before They’re Gone!
GoingToday.com, like other one day deal sites offer items only until they’re gone or before it hits 12MN EST. So if an item is a great find; you should purchase it right away before it’s finally gone.
The site was launched on July 17, 2004 from Cataula, GA but has been in the retail business for decades. Its brick and mortar company, WrightWay Music Products have been offering musical instruments and accessories since 1975. But aside from music related products, the deals available on the site also include electronics and other products.
Going Today features a one day deals offer process that is simple, clean, and fast as the company calls it. The site sells only one deal item for a day until 11:59 PM of Eastern Standard Time. The new item is offered by 12 midnight of the succeeding day. In case the day’s deal is already sold out before the time ends, a large SOLD OUT label is flashed all over the screen. This conveniently lets you know that it is no longer available.
Everything sold on the website is based on what’s available on stock at the store location. All ordered items are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Compared to other related stores, shipping at GoingToday.com is definitely faster. Others may take as long as 3 weeks to a full month to ship orders.
Shipping is through USPS. There’s no option to track your order but you can always send an email. The company does not have enough staff and crew to attend to phone calls yet. So if you’re expecting exceptional customer support, this is not the site for you.
At least, there is no registration necessary to order anything from the site. Payment accepted is through PayPal only. The company simply does not want to save any of your credit card information. This is both advantageous and disadvantageous at the same time. There is assurance that you are not billed for anything outside your order. Problem is; there is no dispute possible for payments sent in case something goes wrong anytime within the whole transaction process.
As for the actual deals, a majority of the items sold are music related products since the website is backed up by items found on the actual warehouse of the company’s brick and mortar music shop. In some days, other deals apart from music are also available such as computers and electronics. The main deals page also offer items from related music sites and stores such as the MoonLight Special. These are musical products such as synthesizers, mixers, and the like from MoonLightSpecial.com.
